A 60mm handheld Hasselblad was used during the the Apollo 15 SEVA photography to record this image of the lunar surface in the vicinity of the Hadley-Apennine landing site. Later, astronauts David R. Scott, commander, and James B. Irwin, lunar module pilot, made the mission's first moon walk (EVA). The pair had descended from lunar orbit in the LM to explore the moon while astronaut Alfred M. Worden, command module pilot, remained with the Command and Service Modules (CSM) in lunar orbit.
